01How fast do you ship?

In-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days (most leave the shop in 1–2). You get a tracking number the moment it's on the truck.

02Which rig do I need?

Match your amperage, torch size and reach — the rig finder and the Turn it up dial above do it in three taps. Still torn? Email us what you weld and we'll point you to the right one.

03Which head fits which rig?

The 200 A two-piece runs WP-17 heads (AW-185 F and FV). The 250 A and 300 A run 26-size heads — 300 A Hulk, Hulk 3.0 and the 365 Pro. Want a 26-size head on a 200 A lead? The WP-17 to WP-26 adapter does it. WP-9 heads run on the AW Mini rig — not every 9 fits every lead, so check the product page before mixing.

04Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout by destination and weight. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties and taxes, and delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

05What's your return policy?

14 days from delivery on unused gear in its original packaging — email us first to start it. Return shipping is on the buyer and a 25% restocking fee may apply. Sale items, gift cards and special-edition drops are final sale. Damaged or wrong item? Contact us right away and we'll make it right.

06Is there a warranty?

Everything we manufacture carries a 30-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting the day it's delivered. If it's on us, we repair or replace it.

07Do you work with schools and wholesalers?
