Fall is shutdown season. Turnarounds, outages, long days on the scaffold and in the vessel, and a machine that is never where you need it. The 300 Amp Pro 20ft Fall Special Edition 2 Piece Tig Rig is the Fall rig from the reveal, and it was built for exactly that: 20 feet of ultra-flex orange and black power cable and our new-generation super flex argon hose running to a 365 Amp Hulk Pro Series flex head. That is seven and a half feet more reach than our standard 12.5 ft rig, so the machine stays on the deck and you go to the weld.

Underneath the fall colors is a full Pro Series 300 amp build. The #2 AWG ultra-flex cable carries 300 amps DC without the stiffness that usually comes with heavy lead, and the super flex argon hose, rated to 100 PSI maximum working pressure, is the same state-of-the-art hose that made our last edition one of the most flexible rigs we have ever released. Twenty feet of lead only works if the lead does not fight you, and this one does not. Black LC-40 connection, brass valves rated for 1500 psi, Quick Connect ready. Heavy wall pipe, freehand stacking, walking cups on caps: it does all of it, with reach to spare.
