Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@amplifiedwelding.com. If your return is accepted, you will have to pay for shipping, and we will give instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 25% restocking fee may be applied on any item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or special edition items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
30-Day Manufacturer Defect Warranty
At Amplified Welding, we stand behind the quality of our products. All products manufactured by Amplified Welding are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, beginning on the date of delivery.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects that affect the normal function of the product. If a defect is determined to be the result of faulty materials or workmanship, Amplified Welding will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective item.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or improper maintenance.
- Damage resulting from accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or exposure to excessive heat, chemicals, or harsh environments.
- Consumable components or items subject to normal deterioration.
- Shipping damage or loss after delivery.
- Labor costs, downtime, or consequential damages of any kind.
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact Amplified Welding within the 30-day warranty period and provide:
- Proof of purchase.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos or videos showing the alleged defect, if requested.
Amplified Welding reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.
Limitation of Liability
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Amplified Welding. No other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, shall apply. Amplified Welding’s liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product and shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item.
